Accountability is a cornerstone of the fraternity and sorority experience. By joining a fraternity or sorority, individuals are joining organizations founded with high ideals and values. Additionally, members take oaths to continually work towards being a better individual and world citizen. Through submitting a report, you are helping our organizations live up to their potential and are working to create a safer University community. Once this report is received, the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life and/or the Office of Student Accountability & Support may contact you to discuss this matter further.

Per University Interim Rule R1-012A, all employees who are not Confidential Employees are Mandatory Reporters. Mandatory Reporters are required to report Title IX and other discrimination incidents immediately.
